Who is eligible to become a finance partner?

Licensed banks, microfinance institutions, and fintech companies offering buy now, pay later services with regulatory approval to offer consumer lending in Zambia are eligible. You must have AML/KYC compliance policies in place.

What documents are required for onboarding?

You will need to provide a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Master Service Agreement, a data sharing agreement, AML/KYC policy documentation, your regulatory license or registration certificate, and settlement account details.

How does the integration work?

We support three integration modes: API (fully automated decisioning via your endpoint), manual (review requests in the partner dashboard), or hybrid (auto-approve below a threshold, manual review above). Webhooks and secure authentication are included.

How long does the approval process take?

Once you submit your application and all required documents, our team reviews partnerships within 5-10 business days. We will notify you via email once your partnership is approved or if we need additional information.

How are settlements and reconciliation handled?

Stores are paid upfront upon financing approval and customer deposit. Repayments flow through the platform with automated reconciliation. You get a dedicated wallet, detailed settlement reports, and tools to handle exceptions.
